SOURCING YARNS, FABRICS AND ACCESSORIES

We help your company get ahead by sourcing items on your behalf in the local market in India, We control quality of all input fabrics and yarns coordinates timing of their procurement on behalf of our client

All fabrics are tested for color fastness, fabric strength, flammability and other parameters set by our customers to ensure product satisfaction. Most commonly used fabrics are cotton, Single jersey, Knit piques, Mercerized stripes, Fleece, Interlock, twill, herring bones, thermals, spandex, rib, denim, polyester, nylon, lycra, viscose, Printed fabrics, Wrapper, etc…

MANAGING

The Fashionultimate monitors manufacturing manually and technically, from the yarn –weaving –fabric stages to finished product, on site in order to closely track production to ensure that it adheres to our standards and schedule and keep you regularly updated with the production. We identify any risk factors in the production of garments and discuss these risk factors with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. We hold production meetings with the production staff before launching bulk production to ensure that all directives given prior to production approval will be implemented in production and that all possible problems are discussed and corrective measures are implemented during production.

DOCUMENTATION AND SHIPPING COORDINATION

We at The Fashionultimate check all shipping documents as per buyer instructions and ensure that dispatch of documents are as per instructions provided by buyers L/Cs, well in advance of the actual shipment arrival with intimation to buyers and clearing agents.

LABOUR PRACTICES AND SAFETY LAWS

We at The Fashionultimate ensure that all production units follow healthy and safe labor practices eliminating any use of child labor/ prison labor/ forced labor and providing required living, sanitation facilities and justified wage structures as per norms in the relevant countries. Adequate fire safety measures are followed, fire fighting equipments are deployed and serviced regularly, and employees are trained to handle fire fighting equipments in case of emergency.
