QUALITY ASSURANCE

We maintain international AQL standard requirements from the yarn –weaving –fabric stages to finished product. All our highly professional quality control personnel will ensure that all production run is in accordance to AQL standard in order to eliminate any dissatisfaction and save money and time. We always ensure presence of our QC personnel in the manufacturing floor during the production…

We conduct quality control on all sizes and colors at five stages:

• At the initial input stage
• When 5% to 50% of the order has been completed ( mid of production)
• Random check done at the packing stage.
• Pre inspection
• Final Inspection ( the final inspection will be conducted by senior quality managers)

Lab Testing

Quality is emphasized in all the procedures and we follow many quality standards to ensure that, the garments we sell are within the requirements of our buyer.

The Garments we craft are tested for:

• Dimensional stability
• Fabric match to sunlight & spectra light
• Color Fastness
• Spirality or Skew ness
• GSM
• Print durability and dyes strength
